Potato flake sourdough bread, taste like Hawaiian style rolls!

We have ventured into the world of sourdough and love it! We never purchase bread from the store anymore. We bake a delicious potato flake sourdough sandwich loaf great for sandwiches or even french toast and has the yummy flavor of the Hawaiian style rolls you can get at the store but without the preservatives! 

These loaves are normal size of 9 in x 5 in. If you wish to purchase bread but would like to purchase just baked or same day baked, you will need to call us and give a few days before needed so that the starter can be fed, dough made and mixed for fermenting and then baked fresh on day of pick up for you. Otherwise, we almost always have several frozen loaves available at any given time. This bread thaws out great. Our inventory on the website will reflect the frozen inventory and or fresh if to be baked on that day and available for pick up. Please make sure if you are placing an order to check that you are ordering for fresh or frozen. 

The ingredients in these loaves are potato flake stater(only 1 cup with potato, granulated sugar and water mixture), bread flour, water, oil, granulated sugar and pink hymalayan sea salt.
