Freeze dried farm fresh raw chicken eggs in powder form!

These are straight from my beautiful farm chickens who love to free range and make lots of eggs during egg season. I freeze dry them and turn into a powder for storage on the shelf. You can use them in recipes, for baking or anything that calls for a beaten egg. You can also just scramble them up and eat them! Directions are on the package, 2 tablespoons egg powder and 2 tablespoons water = 1 raw beaten egg. If using in a recipe, just add the powder and water straight in and mix. If using to cook egg dishes, mix it and let sit for a few minutes to reconstitute. This bag is about 3lbs and contains approx. 105 eggs. Limited supply. They are not packaged fancy but they will last and if left unopened can store for up to 25 years on the shelf!
